Refund & Return Policy
At Little Galaxy, we want you and your little one to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work in line with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is defective, damaged, or faulty.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or misuse unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty, including:

This does not affect your rights under South African law.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email:

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping

If the item is defective or incorrect, Little Galaxy will cover return courier costs.

If you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when contacting support. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist quickly.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it will need to go through the return process.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
