We currently deliver within South Africa only.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Main Cities & Metro Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

4. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time and will be clearly stated on the website.

5. Courier Partners

We use reputable third-party courier services to ensure safe delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Little Galaxy cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Additional courier fees caused by incorrect details may be charged to the customer.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • No one being available to receive the parcel

  • Incorrect address details

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours at:
