How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment securely online.
Will I receive order confirmation?
Yes — once payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before dispatch. Email us immediately at support@littlegalaxy.co.za and we’ll try to assist.

We currently deliver within South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
What if my order is delayed?
If your parcel is taking longer than expected, contact us at support@littlegalaxy.co.za and we’ll investigate with the courier.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
How do I request a return?
Email support@littlegalaxy.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the courier costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible.
